In collaboration with Virtual Dawn, this project explored the use of artificial intelligence to generate 3D assets as an alternative to traditional manual modeling and texturing.

Outcome
The project evaluated AI tools for creating 3D models directly for the Unity game engine from text prompts. While the mesh quality of directly generated 3D models did not meet the desired standards, using AI tools to first generate images from text and then convert those images into 3D models proved to be a more effective workflow. This process produced significantly higher quality results but still required manual refinement by the user.
