This project investigates and tests various opportunities for utilizing collaborative robots (cobots) in a machine shop environment, focusing on the production of different types of products. One of the key applications being explored is cobot-assisted welding. Simulation tools are used to assess the feasibility of automating welding for larger and more complex components.
